About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of daily accounting and finance operation and tax related matters;
  • Assist in raising payment vouchers and performing data entries of accounting entries;
  • Handle invoices, payments vouchers and billings;
  • Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records;
  • Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets;
  • Assist in flights and hotel reservation;
  • Assist payroll related matters, annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST and etc;
  • Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Relevant working experience with an audit firm and/or legal firm would be advantageous.
  • Basic technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  • Work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment and have own transport.
