About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of daily accounting and finance operation and tax related matters;
Assist in raising payment vouchers and performing data entries of accounting entries;
Handle invoices, payments vouchers and billings;
Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records;
Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets;
Assist in flights and hotel reservation;
Assist payroll related matters, annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST and etc;
Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Relevant working experience with an audit firm and/or legal firm would be advantageous.
Basic technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Good MS Office knowledge.
Good command of written & spoken English.
Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
Work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment and have own transport.
